How to organize cooling in a homemade case?

Good day!
I assemble the case with my own hands, the question arose about the organization of cooling. The case is VERY cramped, but that's the goal - as compact and quiet as possible.
Hardware:
A simple PSU with a side fan Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H87 -
HD3
Processor Celeron G1820 Cooler DEEPCOOL
Theta 9
Integrated video with a raised frequency up to 1200 MHz . There are holes in the body like a sieve. 2 - PSU fan for blowing. Powered by 12V, quiet 3 - Fan 80x80 (somehow climbed in height), transplanted to 5V, blown

4 - CPU cooler 47 mm high, the fan is also changed to 5V,
there is no hole on top of the case like a HDD sieve (for now, but will not be soon). The SSD is mounted on the top edge of the case, above the PCI-Ex slot on the motherboard. Its temperature is up to 36 degrees at maximum load of it and the computer, usually 31-34 degrees.
All measurements were taken after a long period of operation, when the temperature inside the case had already risen. During my normal work, the temperature of the processor is 44-47 degrees, in idle it is 40 degrees under maximum load, along with the load of the video core, 57-59 degrees, with a peak at 62 degrees. The chipset of the motherboard has 35-37 degrees during operation, in idle time below, under maximum load it was noted at 51 degrees, on average about 45-48 degrees.
What can be arranged quietly and cheaply to reduce temperatures?
PS The noise from it now is just at the level that suits both me and my soul mate (who sleeps very sensitively, and the noise from a cheap cooler with an 80x80 fan at 2500 rpm irritated me and her). So it is highly undesirable to increase the speed of the fans.

@eapeap

Does the PSU have an 80x80 cooler?
Is the fan in the PSU pulling out of the case, or is it only serving itself?
Without seeing the photos - just turn the case fan or the one in the PSU into the blower and provide a through air flow.
