How to make a housing for an LED lamp?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me: I have powerful 9-watt LEDs, each of them is powered by its own small (3x3x8) power supply and during operation the diode gets very hot, up to one hundred degrees. Accordingly, you need a good radiator. I managed to buy a radiator and make a simple lamp. Now I’m wondering if there are ready-made cases for such powerful LEDs that dissipate heat well? I need 70 watts probably.
And I also wonder where to get a diffuser (lens?)

Of course, there are, if you asked this question to Yandex or Google, they would immediately throw out links to you, even with pictures and points of sale.
is it not necessary or there are more than 6 diodes?

tell me, why "design a bicycle" if you can just go to any lighting store and order the right lamp with sunlight while saving a lot of time, effort and materials? Any of the ice lamps can now be obtained for 500-1000 rubles (if we are talking about high-quality ones), with completely different indicators for the base, power, light scattering, etc.
