All SAS hard drives. When you try to start from a flash drive or CD-ROM, the installer sees only one, the first, hard drive. In the installed ubuntu, the rest of the hard ones are not visible. In the bios, he sees the first hard one and only after installing ubuntu. It seems that we need to somehow activate the raid .. Tell me, I'm completely noob in server machines.

That's right, you need to "activate the raid". You need to enter the RAID controller setup menu, and configure how the hard drives will work.
When loading, you will be prompted to press a key combination, look carefully.
