The hoster gives ISPM to the server for the first month. I don’t want to extend further, I want to put Vesta. They will not conflict, because the old panel, as I understand it, will remain there, although it will be disabled.

Of course they will. The license for ISPman costs 246 rubles. Literally extended today. Don't save.
