Ispmanager 4 lite license not working?

There is a license, once I bought an eternal one on ispmanager lite 4. I asked the seller to install a new ip for the license, which corresponds to the new server. When I try to install it says . I check lic.ispsystem.com/ispmgr.lic?ip=85.25.*.*
I get - The requested license exists. However, it should be requested from the following IP 46.228.*.*. Now you are making a request from IP 176.8.*.* I don't understand what to change. Help me please.

It also says the wrong IP for the license, use the correct IP
