How to fix phpmyadmin in ispmanager?

I made changes to the apache config as written in the documentation. ( link to documentation )

But now the link to PhpMyAdmin and mail client doesn't work. Issues 404.
As I understand it, the whole thing is in the wrong config. how to fix? (config itself as in the article below)
