Isn't it dangerous to put 2 monitors with different resolution side by side?

I put myself a new monitor at 144Hz, and in the first 20 minutes I thought I would move my horses, my head was spinning, my heartbeat quickened. I thought that just the brain is not used to such a monitor. But then recently I pointed the camera at the phone and saw this flicker. Can this moment (that there are 2 monitors in the field of view and one of them with a wild flicker) just negatively affect the central nervous system?

Yeah, monitors with PWM brightness control, especially such malicious and low-frequency ones as yours, have a negative effect on well-being.
Either sit at 100% brightness, or give this nightmare back and look for an adequate Flicker-Free monitor
