It's not the norm, but it's not a disaster. If it heats up, then there is a load on the processor or on the graphics (in your case, this is the same thing, integrated graphics).
Flash video (what is on online sites) is also a decent load, especially if it is on an external monitor or Full HD TV set. The degree of load will depend, among other things, on the browser and on the site. If at the same time other applications work in the background, or even just a bunch of open tabs, then this is also a load. It is necessary to clean the cooling system and change the thermal paste, if this has not been done for a long time (more than 1-2 years), this will reduce the average operating temperature. I also met problems with the system when it warmed up more than it should (apparently some kind of background processes, possibly viral ones), rearrange the system then.
