Is work experience in your own company equal to work experience?

I want to open a legal entity and conduct there periodically 1-2 transactions, will this be considered as work experience?
And can I, given that I have no education, go to work abroad after a few years?
And what legal entity to open if there are two of us?

The length of service is calculated in accordance with the Labor Code, and is taken into account in the work book.
If you, for example, register an LLC, appoint yourself as a general director, write it down in your employment record - that's your seniority.
As for abroad, it all depends on the country, because everyone has different requirements (Schengen, green card, etc.). For more detailed information, it is better to use official sources.

And what legal entity to open if there are two of us?
As such, there is no difference, although, for a couple of transactions (again, what kind of records) it is better to be an individual entrepreneur, in this case there is less trouble with accounting, taxes, etc. Option for two:
1. Registration of a joint LLC, with the division of shares of the authorized capital, that is, become equal founders.
2. If you decide on an individual entrepreneur, then it is better to sign a simple partnership agreement, it just regulates the activities of individuals without forming a joint legal entity.
I hope my answer is helpful to you!

1. Officially yes, if you are employed in it. If you are only the founder, then it seems to be not.
2. No, everyone doesn’t care what transactions you conducted in Russia and what kind of legal entity you had there
3. The same ordinary legal entity, just distribute the shares, or you can open each individual entrepreneur

Yes, you yourself will put down the length of service in your work book, but you still have to pay taxes after all.
What's stopping you from going abroad now?

If you want to leave Russia, leave now. Why do you need some experience, education, etc.? In the same Thailand, you can live as a tourist for 3 months without problems ( Puma Thailand , correct me if I'm wrong). Then go for 1 day to neighboring Bali, come back and you again have the right to 3 months in Thailand. And so as many times as you like.
