Currency transaction codes for freelancers when working with foreign customers after October 1st
Good morning.
After October 1, Instruction No. 138-I dated June 04, 2012 “On the procedure for residents and non-residents to submit to authorized banks documents and information related to foreign exchange transactions, the procedure for issuing transaction passports, as well as the procedure for accounting by authorized banks of foreign exchange transactions and control over carrying them out." According to it, the codes of currency transactions have changed when registering transaction passports and certificates of currency transactions.
If earlier I used the code 20050. Now the most suitable codes are 20200 and 22200. Do I understand correctly? Surely someone in October already registered the arrival of the currency.

20100 - prepayment
20200 - payment with a delay
22200 - you are an intermediary in the commission agreement
Those who will draw up - the CBO, PS and instructions for filling them out have changed. In my bank, the “programmers” did not post an update (well, yes, on the 18th, and the instruction came out in the summer - but oh well) - so I had to fill everything in by hand and send the scanned versions.
Ideally, consult with the VC of your bank, they should help.
