We want to open an account for a company in VTB24 and use their Internet bank. When I studied the materials on their site, I noticed that the site loads every other time, especially during business hours. I checked with different providers.
Has anyone else encountered such a problem? If their Internet bank also starts up every other time, then we will look for another bank - it’s impossible to work like that.

If at least once launched, it is loaded. VTB24 has always been worse than Sberbank. And recent years (Gref) especially. Don't expect everything to be ok.
But in a situation where banks are bursting, this is a good choice. Personally, we moved to Sberbank.
