Which ad network to choose for a Russian-speaking audience?

Hello, please advise an ad network for android applications, or at least tell me which services it is better not to cooperate with.
The application is fully focused on the Russian-speaking audience.

If you haven't been banned in admob/adsense yet, try them. If you need help with choosing a network, write to pm (we are optimizing display ads for websites (clickganic.com), but I think we can help with advertising in applications)
