If you install OpenWrt, then yes.
But you need to be able to do all sorts of JTAGs, TFTP, and UART consoles.
Compatibility seems to be normal, but you need to look at the revision of a particular instance.
Given the number of cusps and question/exclamation marks, the answer is no, not compatible.
And in general, you should not hope that any router can be used as a NAS, without the skills of flashing and setting up linux.
As far as I can see, this particular router is not
"USB port"
The router is equipped with a USB port for a USB modem, with which you can quickly connect to the Internet via a WiMAX, 3G GSM or CDMA network.

And I don't see anywhere in the description of the router that the default firmware supports drives and services for using them.
Thanks for the answer! As far as I understand, you can use a router with a USB input (for any purpose) to organize a network storage at home and access it even without wires via WIFI, I found this video about this ---- https://www.youtube.com/watch ?v=FEoiwYfgClk
on the basis of this I want to try to make myself, but I haven’t figured out how and what yet !!!
