What's wrong with the virtual machine?

Good afternoon or evening.

I have a home server on Vmware Esxi 6.7 U3.
two virtual machines are installed on debian 9. The problem arose in the fact that on one there are programs for working with files like resilio, etc. on the other, you need to install nginx, mysql, etc.

on both I set a static ip 192.168.1.4, etc. .d

as a result now packages are not installed on the web server and resilio does not see clients on the file server. I guess both have the same problem, big question is it blocking esxi host? router or settings in the virtual machine.

PS! ping google.ru for example passes and I can also connect to ssh from outside. during installation and after, I could download and install packages, what is the actual problem, I don’t know. if anyone knows tell me the same dns I set in where in the system

auto ens192
iface ens192 inet static
address 192.168.1.4
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1
dns-nameservers 77.88.8.3
dns-nameservers 77.88.8.7

There cannot be two identical IP addresses on the same network, they will conflict.

From the "virtualka" sites are piping? For example google.com
Or just ip addresses of sites, for example 8.8.8.8?
Set the dns rules to the virtual machines, not the provider. For example, the same Google. Or cloudDNS
1.1.1.1

And how, interestingly, will packets from a virtual switch (you created it, right? And IP registered on the management interface? And virtual networks connected to a virtual switch?) Get into the tyrnet? The host must have a network card, a tail is plugged into it, which goes to the router distributing tyrnet (or if this car also drags a virtual router - two network cards connected to it).
From virtual machines, check what is kicking, let's say 8.8.8.8 - if not, then you have done something with the network.
