How to restore access to the printer in windows 7?

In general, the printer is connected via USB to a computer with win7. The computer is online. There are no domains, domain controllers, AD here. I wanted to share the printer only with some users and foolishly (unknowingly) banned everything (printing, settings, administration) to the "ALL" group, but allowed my user and some others. Now I can’t connect to it - it says access denied and / or error 0x00000005. Neither through the network nor through "Devices and Printers". And yes, the computer on the network is either displayed or not, although network discovery is enabled. What will we do? You can't delete the printer either, because there's no access. My account is admin (local) but that doesn't help.

Problem solved.
No need to go into the registry as advised in Western forums. My method definitely works on the professional and ultimate versions (there seems to be no local admin account in basic and home premium).

  1. Enable local admin account
  2. Login
  3. Devices and printers -> printer properties -> advanced (the only available button) -> become the owner of the printer. We close the shell.
  4. We again go into the properties of the printer and correct the ill-fated setting.
  5. Local admin can be disabled
