Is this considered cybersquatting?
Greetings,
Let's take for example the already existing precedent for the audi.ru domain and the Audi company.
Let me remind you the title
Audi AG succeeded in suing the audi.ru domain from cybersquatters

I wanted to write a final note to this issue. I asked the question because, in court, an international company wanted to take away my domain with their trademark in the .kiev.ua zone and my lawyer managed to win the court! I myself have never been present at the trial, since I live abroad.
Of the doers, I can say that, of course, everything depends on the judge, all the meetings, according to the lawyer, the judge was not on our side, but since the lawyer was good, he was able to defend my position and protect my rights to the domain.

Yes, as long as they are simply yours.
If you had some decent site on these domains, telling for example about motorsport on Audi or about the history of Audi or a local Audi dealer, then everything would be fine.
What's question? If you manage to interest the judge, there will be no cybersquatting. And vice versa.
Like little children, honestly...
