A discrete video card is not needed, the integrated graphics of the processor is enough. Any desktop i5 is enough, i7 even more so. RAM minimum 16GB. This is not desirable, but a minimum for comfortable work, I have 8GB and they are not enough for the studio and the browser.

RAM would be better thrown, at least 16. Enough and i5, if you are not going to do an office suite. Video cards too, if you don't port WoW.
