the main parameter of a modern processor is not the frequency, but the cache size:

L3 cache size - 4 MB

Now the minimum that makes sense to take in principle is 16MB and higher,
for example, for the same money and the same AMD Ryzen 3 3300X chipset on cpubench, it will give 2690 single thread, against your 2126
Beware, in my proposal the processor does not have an integrated video card, so find something (the cheapest ones in dns according to tests will be about 2 times slower than the built-in one).
It is necessary to take a cooler with 4-pins, so that it is possible to auto-regulate the speed (a standard feature of all modern and old motherboards), 3-pin ones will always turn constantly (they come with their own temperature sensors, but this is a perversion)
Plus, it’s better to take tdw with a margin, for example AeroCool Verkho 2 Dual

I don't know about the cooler speed settings on 3pin, but it's better to take 4pin. There was an experience, it was noisy like crazy, precisely because of the air flow.
