How to fix 《power saving mode》on the monitor?

Good evening. Please tell me what to do, I'm a vegetable in the PC. I dragged the system unit literally 30 minutes ago, cut the cables, mouse, keyboard, cut the old LG monitor, the old one (blue cable). I googled, then pull out some battery, then go into the BIOS. What should I do?
