Working with VisualStudio, Illustrator, Photoshop, WebStorm, AvoCode.
Games - Civilization 6, Hearts of Iron 4, Europa universalis 4.
PS
Will it stall from simultaneously open 100500+ tabs in chrome, VisualStudio and photoshop. At the same time, Civilization will hang in the background.

8 GB is very small, for normal operation you need at least 16, and for those who like to keep several fatty applications at the same time, it is useful to think about 32. This is from real everyday experience, not theory.

If you work without any assemblers like WebPack , then even a smartphone for 3,000 rubles will do. And if you use WebPack , then the question arises of RAM, which is wildly demanding, in this case it is better to take 16 GB .

Ancient junk. Minimum - GT 1030 or RX550.
One bar - no way! Only 2*8 or, even better, 2*16. This is required for dual channel operation.

Forget everything that ends with *cool.
So-so choice for the Ryzen 7 2700. Pick up something on the B450 chipset.
