Is thermal paste suitable for a video card?

Hello, there is thermal paste as in the photo, I use it for the CPU, I wonder if it is suitable for a video card?
Google gives out conflicting information, saying that for a video card thermal paste must be without silver particles, but actually on mine its composition is not described anywhere. An old video card - geforce gts 250 512 bm
Maybe someone used this, or just has accurate information, tell me if it can be used?

Silver particles are present, but electricity does not conduct.
