Is there software to automatically search for third-party trusted certificates installed in the system?

Is it possible to somehow view the list of certificates that have been installed in the system over the years of its operation? In particular interests Windows-based options.
It's quite routine to sort and google manually. Maybe there is some software for this or with such functionality?
