Automating the execution of actions on the site?

I have a need to visit a certain site frequently (10 times a month) and:
1. Login
2. Go to one page (2 clicks on links)
3. Fill out a form of 5 fields, 3 of which are always the same, and 2 are each times change.
4. Press ok, and on the next page - confirm
It takes all of 2 minutes, but the need to perform the same actions is depressing. You can reduce it all to:
1. Filled out some form with 2 changing parameters
2. Pressed ok - that's it!
I don't want to write code - laziness. Maybe there is some kind of automatic query builder or something else to do this?

iMacros is for you.
Insert WAIT or something like that before filling in changing fields.

Selenium might help.
