How to stitch many pieces of one image into one whole?

I have already found a bunch of ways, a bunch of programs that can stitch many pictures of the same size into one whole, but! I need a bot that will automatically do this. It is necessary to automate this process in order to exclude this person from this person. Those. I need a program that will do this either with an API, or with control through the console, or just a script or an executable that is thrown into a folder with a bunch of images and it makes one whole out of them. I repeat - the main goal is to automate the process, that is, the option where I have to open the program, select a function, upload images and all this by hand is not an option. Help me please.

Obviously, you still have to adjust the script to take into account how many tiles there are vertically and horizontally in a particular image, if these numbers are not always the same.

It somehow reminds me more of a technical specification than a program)
For good - you can hire someone and write it, it's not difficult in python.
