What are your expectations for this event?
If only knowledge, then you can take courses on coursera, edx, udacity, on the same intuit and listen to lectures from the world's best universities for your own pleasure and not bother with the curriculum and deadlines.
If it’s a crust, then I’m afraid that it is quoted no more than a diploma from the nearest private agricultural academy, but it costs much more
Those. 100 bucks per exam, the average session will be 800 dollars. It's clearly not worth it.
For a crust, it is better to go to the paid department of the nearest normal technical university.

I'm studying there now - I'm graduating in August. For me, all the training was completely free - I received a scholarship from HP and a mentor in addition, who helped me write a resume correctly and advised me on finding a job, interviews, etc. As a result, I found a job in the specialty that I studied at UoPeople (but I don't live in Russia, if that matters), even before graduation. So think for yourself, decide for yourself.
