I want to move away from the paper exchange of documents, but I ran through my counterparties, and everyone uses different systems. Is there any way to work with all systems at once?

1C-EDO is just trying to combine the ability to work with different EDOs. The setting is not trivial, but in principle it works.

Well, in general, Diadoc is very popular in Russia - a lot of people use it.
Try to contact the counterparties with whom you want to arrange an EDI and agree with them how you want to exchange documents.
