I am looking for a system for cataloging documents on orders, mostly scans of documents, so that I can attach different scans to an order. And then comment and receive information from other employees

They have an OpenSource version, it seems like they have a storage approach similar to Sharepoint, but this is not certain. From hardcore, Alfresco.
