Is it safe to provide scanned documents for remote work?

Hello everyone.
Passed selection for remote work.
The employer asks for the following package of documents:
1) Full name, passport number + passport photocopy (b/w possible)
2) TIN/SNILS - number + copies (b/w possible)
3) Phone number (+ spare, if any)
4) Number cards for payment for work
These data are needed for the plant in CRM and signing a non-disclosure document.
Question: is the transfer of such data safe and do I need to ask for legal details or something else in return?
What information is generally needed to sign an NDA? And how to protect yourself from all kinds of scammers (the client is Moscow, I live in the outback). Thanks for answers.

To sign an NDA, which does not work in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine - only
SNILS passport data and TIN are needed for taxes.
If we are talking about a full-fledged official registration, then all this is necessary.
In turn, you can ask for a certificate of registration of their company and find out on the Internet what kind of peppers. Purely to satisfy curiosity
Is it safe? Why do you even need a passport if you don't show it to anyone?
The phone is understandable. To always be in touch.
The map is also clear why. Of course without the CVC code. But you can't give it. If you want to work for free.
Fraudsters are calculated by the fact that with all this they are not interested in your qualifications. And they are only interested in your data. A
normal employer is interested infirst of all, qualifications , how much time you can devote to the project, time zone. And all this data that you are asked is the last thing you are interested in.

Firstly, look at the information about the company, and secondly, yes, these data can be provided for concluding an agreement. When concluding a contract / agreement, you will receive a copy with the relevant data about the company and working conditions.
It is advisable to issue a separate card for receiving salary payments (not a credit card).

This data is needed for the plant in CRM and signing a non-disclosure document.

The author, in fact, these documents should be needed to conclude an employment contract for remote work in accordance with the norms of Ch. 49.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (if in the Russian Federation)
And if they don’t tell you such words, don’t send anything - it’s a scam.
