What are open source solutions for storing information/projects in the form of a filing cabinet?

Hello!
There is a problem - it is necessary to present a list of our projects from Excel in a more convenient format so that employees have access through a browser.
There is a project - there is information on it - about the counterparty, contractor, cost, its status. There is project documentation, several different types.
We just need to store a list of projects in the form of cards, upload documentation there and periodically change something there. You do not need to assign a task to someone, or monitor progress, just store information about projects that have already been completed and their statuses (working / not working).
I searched through a bunch of free projects, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place or I'm not formulating the request correctly.
I found either rather large project management systems with more complex, redundant functionality, or not at all.
Please, tell me some solutions, if they are familiar to you, or in which direction to look. I will be very grateful.
Required:

• web interface
  
• adding/changing/updating/deleting a project entry,
  
• linking to documentation project (multiple files)
  
• the ability to indicate the status of the project,
• The simpler the better
• access control

Preferably php/mysql, I'm only looking for open source solutions

DokuWiki with a couple of plugins will solve your problem. An alternative to GRUD with access rights to do on any common framework and bundle to the framework.

What if Onlyoffice or Collabora Online is paired with Nextcloud ?
