Evernote, Notion, Quip - alternatives?

Is there such an alternative to document programs that will no longer need to look for an alternative?
Google docs or Word online were naturally also considered.
While I'm doing it in Quip, but something is wrong with it, I don't feel it is the final solution to the document issue.
I tried Notion - but it turned out to be even more of a monster.
Polaris Office, OnlyOffice - everything is somehow not right.
What do you use to create your documents, so that the cloud, and sharing, and convenience, and systematization?

I found another potential one, but it is no longer on the site
alternativeto.net/software/agora
the idea itself seems to be exactly what I'm looking for
UP zoho.eu - one more thing. cons - there is no program for Windows, only on the site - like Google Dox.

Hello.
I'm a little late, of course, but...
I wrote for myself a program for organizing documents (SD) with the creation of categories, folders and documents in the form of a tree structure, if necessary, you can specify your own status, date of the document and a description for it. Two files can be attached to each document or folder. It is possible to block the first document from accidental/intentional deletion. You can also create multiple links to other documents, descriptions and flags for important documents. All files are opened by standard programs by double clicking. There is a search by the name or number of the document (you can use the mask). See who, when and what data was changed/deleted. To download information, you can specify one file per windows or a whole directory. Yes, you can set a password to enter ... For individual use, it is absolutely free.santig.ru or download via direct link: www.santig.ru/data/documents/SD.zip
