What do smart people use to keep track of IP addresses, VPS logins, hostings, etc.?

Maybe there are some note systems tailored for this?

Now I just have a text file in the cloud where it's all stored. But usually, authorization by key is configured for access via SSH, and I would like to store the key in this system.
Maybe someone came across? Needed for personal use.

For SSH, you can use the same key on different servers, only the public part of the key is indicated on the server, so if it leaks, there will be no problems.
