Is there any solution for multiple sellers in one online store?

I need to create an online store, or rather, a marketplace, with the ability to sell products of different categories by different people. At the moment, the best solution I've found is Marketplace templates for Wordpress , which are distinguished by the presence of a plugin / add-on that allows you to display the pages of individual sellers and their products. Sellers can register on the site themselves and create / sell the goods they need. But this option is not suitable due to the fact that all product categories are global. N/A, if you create a toy store and a clothing store, then the categories of both stores will be displayed both there and there.
How can this issue be resolved? Or what other solution can you recommend?
To be more clear, my ultimate goal is a site where anyone can sell any product, and these stores will be independent of each other.
