Can PayPal accept payments without a corporate account by simply sending a payment link?

Greetings!
In general, there is a need to occasionally accept payments via PayPal, there is no desire to create a corporate account,
as it seems: I create a link in advance not to pay and send it to anyone who needs it (or PayPal itself sends it to the specified mail).
Does PayPal have such an opportunity and is it possible without creating a corporate account and website, and do they have an API for this?
So far, I have climbed, found Invoices , it seems to be what you need, but is it not indicated whether this can be done without a corporate account?

In general, Invoices is really it, but it also requires a corporate account.
