Is there any program that monitors new orders on freelance exchanges?

I have quite a bit of experience, so I can't get an order right away. I have to look for at least 1 for a very long time, so that later I can immerse myself in work. Therefore, I spend a huge part of the time, stupefying at the monitor. I wouldn't want to waste my time like that. Tell me, is there anything to keep track of new orders on freelance exchanges in the background? If not, is it possible to write such a program, for example, in node.js?

I have a great chrome app installed that collects all the content from RSS feeds and notifies me of the latest changes. I used this for quite a long time to track new orders on exchanges.
Almost every exchange has RSS feeds, for example, fl.ru: https://www.fl.ru/rss/all.xml?category=-1

Upwork has the ability to subscribe to RSS/Atom Feed:
Next, install any program or browser extension and get updates from this feed in real time.

A normal site always has its own RSS, you need to remember this once and not to produce such topics again ... If it's not a boyar business to use search.
