Is there any point in dual graphics with directx 12?

We need to buy an inexpensive computer in the living room, in place of the old woman ps3. Maximum in Batman or GTA run. Naturally in full hd. Settings are not very important, fps is important. So, for the soul, I want to buy a10-7700k + r5 240 and wait for directx 12. But is there any point in this, is the money spent in vain?
