Is there any analogues cheaper and better than Gopro for filming on a cross-country bike?

I'm going to make a video of riding a handlebar-mounted e-bike cross-country in fast-forward mode.
I would like to get rid of the effect of shaking camera. How can this be achieved and which cameras are best suited?
I think to mount on the handlebars or on the head?

To mount on the head, of course, this will save the situation at least a little. The effect of shaking under such conditions will be the same, even if you make a stabilizing suspension. And the image stabilizer of the camera, it’s definitely impossible to eliminate this - it can fight the maximum with hand trembling ...
There are quite a lot of cameras with similar characteristics and cheaper, these are all sorts of Yi, SJ, etc.
