Online broadcast on the site?

Friends!
Need advice.
It is necessary to organize an online broadcast (something like a webinar) for 5-15 people. I tried the webinar.ru site - the quality leaves much to be desired. Even cooperating with their caliper, I could not overcome the problem of brakes with video.
Camera Logitech C920, I would like to use it to its fullest, because. in a webinar on my subject, it's the little things that the viewers need to consider.
Another nuance is that everything should work immediately in the browser, without installing any third-party programs. Hosted, respectively, on my domain.
In which direction to dig? I am ready to use paid solutions, but there should be video without brakes and, ideally, the technical part should also be under control on my server.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

You can try ffmpeg along with Red5 (it's free) or Flash Media Server (it's paid)
Or flash media encoder to generate stream and also Red5 or Flash Media Server

If I understand correctly, then you need to output the online video stream to the browser. Try to use services specially designed for this: Twitch , Own3d , Cybergame , etc. Streams do not have to be about gaming. How to stream, you can read, for example, here .
