Is there an analogue of bandicam for mac os in terms of video compression level?

Hello everyone, I am a user of both mac and PC. The task is sometimes to record video, and for Windows there is an excellent bandicam program that is both lightweight and at the same time perfectly compresses video to incredibly small sizes. I tried to do the same in Snagit on mac and in Screenrecorder and in movavi, but I never got such results. Can anyone tell me how to achieve the same video quality and weight on a poppy as in bandicam?

@Moskus

Start by looking at the media info (for example, in VLC) of the files that bandicam produces for you. And then, instead of looking for another program, set the software you use on your Mac to the same settings. At least in Snagit this should be possible.
