How to get YouTube video statistics?

Hello!
I want to get video view statistics via Youtube api or Youtube Analytics Api.
It is necessary that the data on views contain: Percentage of video views, from where they switched to the video (referral).
It would be fine without Oauth authorization.
Is it possible at all? I rummaged through all the Google documentation, I didn’t find such goodies, and I didn’t find any descriptions of methods in youtube analytics api.
