I’m not strong in the topic, because of this I ask you to tell me if there are options for controlling / programming the movement of the drone?
For example, having bought a drone that has a camera and wi-fi for a couple of thousand, is it possible to somehow set commands (move straight, backward) and send them for execution?

In order to properly control a quadcopter remotely, it must give feedback about its location, speed, orientation - cheap copters do not know how.
In order for the copter to fly by itself according to some program, it must have some simple computer with memory and other things, which is also not found in cheap quadcopters.
If you remake a cheap quadcopter so that it can work autonomously, you will get an expensive quadcopter, as it will have to replace all its brains + add even more sensors.
If you have such a task, then it will be easier to take it ready.
