Guys, I want to increase the flight time of my quad and as one of the ways - to compress the video stream from the camera to the PU to the minimum resolution required for control in order to reduce power consumption during data transfer. In this case, a high-quality recording from the same camera will have to be recorded on a memory card. How can all this be implemented?

I think we need to start with the quadcopter firmware:
- Does the quadcopter software allow you to set the settings for the video stream sent from the camera? For example, reduce framerate ? If so, then conduct an experiment - reduce the framerate from 25 frames to 2-3 and observe - has the time spent in the air increased?
