How to organize centralized video management?

There are several TVs. Each TV has a nettop, with an OS and a connection to the TV via HDMI. All nettops in one network. Can anyone use and can suggest software that can be used to organize centralized download and playback of content (uploaded video to the server, software from nettops downloaded video from the server and added to playback)?

I know solutions only on Spinetix media players, but 5 seconds of googling at the request of the DLNA server gave this:
