Choosing a quadcopter for mountaineering?

help a complete beginner in choosing a quadcopter for sports - in particular, mountaineering.
The thing is necessary, the usual SLR for creative tasks is no longer enough.
1) A quadric that can withstand negative temperatures (within -30 -40C is desirable ....)
2) resistance to wind, gusts of wind. Desirable resistance to precipitation .... snow .... rain ....?
3) signal radius range
4) high-quality photo / video camera, with broadcast and recording mode
5) More battery life is possible.
I doubt that there will be a stable GPS signal in the mountains. Then how will he find the point of return to the place?
If a quad is blown into soft snow by a gust of wind, can it land further and fly?
Do I need to replace my GoPro camera?

Unfortunately, there are no such squares. And taking into account what winds in the mountains will simply blow him away and he will not have enough power to return.
