Machine translation from one language to another

Is there an open source library / list of strings or files with translations of commonly used words and phrases?

Hi guys.
There are various "awesome-something" lists ( https://github.com/ziadoz/awesome-php). Is there the same for translations? Example: a repository with 40 language translations of all commonly used phrases like: Hello, Goodbye, Next, Next, Here, In a week...etc?
They are also interested in more narrowly targeted things from any industry: Install a server, Delete a server, Upon purchase, the amount will be debited from your balance, etc.
I would be very grateful if you leave links to me.

firstly, there are no 40 languages, if these are not programming languages
secondly, there are no repositories, but it can be solved relatively inexpensively ($5-$20)

About narrowly targeted:
No one will translate, for example, a hosting panel into 40+ languages, because natives are unlikely to come to buy hosting.
There is a list of accepted main languages (it is followed not only by the UN): https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9E%D1%84%D0%B8%D...
These languages will cover 99.99 % of users.
