Globally, I see 2 options:
1. Translate online "on the fly" using third-party services. Are there any free services that can provide the transfer of such volumes. (Google and Yandex api is understandable, but not realistic for prices)
2. Implement the translation at home, write the translated data to the database and take ready-made translations from the database.

Tell me, please, how do large sites, online stores, and platforms work with translations?

From what I've come across on eBay and Amazon, one gets the impression that translating content is not just a site's task. I can assume that the store provides translation of the "wrapper" - the main elements of the interface, some general articles (policies, etc.). But the description of the goods is the problem of the seller. And there is already everything.
By the way, on Ibei and Paypel, non-localized articles come across in the documentation. That is, the section, as such, is translated, part of the material is translated, and part is in English. This says, at least, that their translation is not automatic.
