Machine translation from one language to another

Now it was necessary to send to one foreign company (by fax) an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities with a certified translation.

There is an idea to speed up this action (a typical document) to photoshop someone else's translation and send it (because on a fax - you can’t make out anything in figs). But for this, this very translation must be found. Nobody got it? Or maybe someone has?

A few hours of googling did not yield any results.
