Is there an on-line service for searching a specific web page using regular expressions?

For example, there is a web page that I want to work through (let's say, find / extract all proper names there, or numbers, etc.). The link to the page is inserted into the web service, it loads it and makes it possible to use regular expressions (regexp) to search / extract the necessary information.
Different plugins for Chrome / Mozilla are not suitable, since work can be done from different devices.

these guys recently received 13 lyam investments https://www.import.io/
though, you can’t tell if it’s online, because the client
is downloading, but these guys at scrapinghub.com/pricing are quietly doing the job, de facto, by building a standard in the WEB (however, there is still something in JAVA)
I also have Yahoo Pipes. Was. Yes floated. But it is quite possible to drive "Yahoo Pipes Alternatives" into the search - out of 15 pieces, 2-3 are not bad.
But in comparison with the first two paragraphs. - amateurish

I think you can try this tool: www.octoparse.com
Here is just a video about the regex tool, you can refer to the link to see that there is no point. I tried to import but think it's not that easy to use.
