Is there an ISO describing positions in the quality assurance department?

I want to synchronize the description of my position with generally accepted standards. I am Lida, de facto I coordinate the work of the entire QA department.
I will talk with the boss about being called who I am (process manager / QA director). Tell me, is there a standard describing positions? I want to make sure that my request is justified, and have a piece of paper on hand that you can poke your nose into.

A conversation with the boss can be built according to concepts, or according to generally accepted standards.
If you follow the first path, then as an example, you can cite job descriptions for QA directors from companies that are similar in size/industry.
If according to the second, then in the Russian Federation there are professional standards and, in particular, 40.010 . It has a lot of letters, do not be lazy and look.
For example, it describes the labor functions of the head of the product quality control department. If your activity matches these functions, then this is the best justification for your position.

There is no standard in commercial companies as such, or rather, it is not necessarily adhered to.
There is a standard for accounting, but for this you specify the country of residence.
If you want according to the official standard, then there "process manager / QA director" definitely does not exist. It will be possible to pick up a Russian-language analogue.
