Good afternoon!
For all the sites that I make, I write mini-reports in which I indicate the initial task, the solution to the problem, the problems that have arisen and their solution, developments, conclusions, and also indicate how much time it took for this or that technology.
You can call it just a love for various types of reporting, but for me, a forgetful person, it helps to fix my work.
Do you practice this and how? What tools do you use?

What you are looking for is called: bug tracker, task manager, issue tracker.

I just use wiznote, at the same time I store code templates and other interesting things that I met while solving the problem
