Is there an easy image resizing software?
Hello
I need an easy program to resize images.
Requirements:
- work on Windows 7
- free
- fill mode (aka scaling with cropping)
- interface without whistles
- preferably, the ability to specify the output format (jpg/png)
- preferably integration with the explorer context menu
Tried Image Resizer , good, but in the latest versions under Win7 bug with vertical images, the big side is always considered to be the width.
PIXresizer does not know how to fill mode, and Free Image Resizer seems to be dead - there are no links anywhere.

If with gui, then xnview , which, although heavier (about 50 meters), but works smartly.
If the console, then imagemagick allows a lot of things and is quite smart, but you need to be able to use the command line.
FastStone Image Viewer - all in one, but lightweight and full of functionality
